Every guy is different, and I don't know in what setting you mean. At your age you shouldn't really be worried about flirting with guys anyway. Just let things happen naturally with people you interact with on a daily basis. At that age the guys wont have much of a clue what to do either so they will be just as self concious as you. If you are nice, don't try to act like someone else and take a genuine interest in them eventually you will get to a point where they/you will be comfortable enough to ask each other to do something alone together, and go from there.
