I know, they are hard to ignore. You can't help but think how despicable they are and you just wish their boyfriend knew. I know the type (all too well, I'm afraid).
In fact, the guy I really like likes a girl who has a boyfriend and she doesn't like him like that AT ALL and she always flirts with him. It really kills him. It hurts me to see someone I care about being played like that.
So just either come up and remind them they have a boyfriend (I do this with one of my friends sometimes because she gets WAY out of line) or try to get over the fact that these girls are just flat-out jerks.
That's why we have the magic term ';slut'; to use for these kind of people.
These kind of girls decide that they want all the boys to like them so they can be more popular, or for other reasons (depending on age)
If you're a girl then tell her that it's bothering you or ignore it. I'm not saying it's a bad idea to make friends with these people, just don't copy there actions in any way.
If you're a boy then definitely don't say anything to or about the girl/girls. Even if you like them, don't ask them out. The relationship will most likely go on about a week or a few days at most. Then they'll dump you for a new guy and then another. If she doesn't dump you, you';ll either change her or get tired of seeing her flirt, and dump her yourself.
