its hard coz some people flirt in radical ways, i mean im a tad younger i persume, at my age it invloves a bit of teasing and some people talk dirty iuno how but it does get some people, if he talks to you different to co workers etc maybe its flirting but its hard to tell
asking questions a lot, trying to help you out, kinda being their convientiently we u need help, talk about my talents (say cooking, then i would offer hey i should cook for you sometime ill; bring u lunch tomorro etc.) or if u play the same sport hey lets go to the park ill give u some pointers etc that stuff
