I know its kind of a weird %26amp; stupid question to even ask, but i am just curious on how guys think and why. I know that they flirt to females because they find they attractive or cute, but dose that means they also would want to get to know the females they flirt with or they just want to mess with the females head????....
Just curious, because i know someone and she likes her guy friend and everything we go out i notice that they are always flirting with eachother and i know that they both like eachother more than friends n yet the guy is not stepping up...i know you think that he or she dont want to ruin the friendship, but its not even like that. They' ve only known eachother for one month and they dont really talk on the phone or hang out...only if i call them up and we go out..
So, this is all so very weird to me and i just cant find what is the problem here.. Please shine some light...

Some people flirt because they are interested, some do because it is an ego boost. Since they don't hang out or talk with each other outside of your group, I would say that it is one of two reasons. They think each other are cute and enjoy the positive attention, because it validates their attractiveness, or, they are both shy and don't know how to make a move.
Why don't you just tell your friend that their attration to one another it is obvious and ask her why she doesn't ask him out?****Flirting*** What are the reason why guys flirt??
The worst case is when you are doing it just to make yourself feel better...
It is acceptable to flirt with a person that you like or genuinely interested in (after some time of knowing her/him).

It is in our sexual nature to flirt it makes us feel good inside that we are getting attention girls like flirting because they are basically the same way they like attention

If your mission is to get those to together, why not call up the guy and ask him what the deal is? Maybe he's only flirting for fun and doesn't want to be involved. Or maybe he's too shy to pursue it further. If you help him over his obstacle, he may move forward. Does the girl he's flirting with want more? She could be a little forward too ya know. And by the way...why are you all up in it?
